[Cbc] Fetching cbc without glpk, mumps, asl etc with coinbrew

[Ted Ralphs]

I guess you figured out that I skipped the word "fetch". Also, you don't
need the "=" before command arguments anymore. Just for posterity, the
command is

./coinbrew fetch Cbc:releases/2.10.2 --skip "Data/Sample Data/miplib3"
