[Cbc] CBC default parameters

Hi,

One possible way to see the default parameters is to run CBC from command line and enter your own parameter values.  CBC will then output parameter changes, including the from/default values.  See screen shot below.
As you can see, default values seems to include no time out, and no solution deterioration acceptance.
