[Cbc] Which is more efficient for lower / upper values?

Hi,

When specifying (e.g. on a maximisation problem) row / column, lower /
upper values is it best (more efficient) to use tight intervals i.e. 0 to
1, instead of -INFINITY to 1? Or does it not matter?
