[Cbc] Question about number of values when loading a problem

Hi,

What I mean is: how does Cbc_loadProblem tell how many values there are in
the constraint matrix? The reason I ask this is because I would like to
resolve problems with additional constraints, so I would like to use the
same arrays over and over i.e. appending the new constraints appropriately.
