[Cbc] Include or linker error

I tried this, it didn't make any difference. Anyway it can find
"Cbc_C_Interface.h", that's not the issue. It can't find the "Cbc_addCol"
function, and some others: "Cbc_addRow, Cbc_setMaximumSeconds, Cbc_writeLp"
