[Cbc] Fetching cbc without glpk, mumps, asl etc with coinbrew

Hi Ashu,

First, I just fixed a few bugs in coinbrew that I found when trying to
replicate your issue. I also pushed release 1.2.11 of Data/Sample to Github
(and also a missing release of Data/miplib3) so everything should work now.
But to answer your question, there is no option for skipping the checkout
of all third party projects, although I could add one. Currently, there is
an option --no-third-party, which suppresses downloading the associated
source. If you want to skip checking out any particular project, you can use

./coinbrew Cbc:releases/2.10.2 --skip="Data/Sample Data/miplib3"

Note the new (and as yet undocumented) syntax!
