[Cbc] cbc aborts on feasible problem

Hello,

current trunk terminates with signal 6 (SIGABRT) when solving the attached MIP on linux-x64.
An older prebuild windows binary does not crash but claims infeasibility.

The problem has several feasible solutions - see mip.sol.
