[Cbc] Using SOS1 getting malloc: pointer being freed was not allocated

Rhavar,

Shows that SOS has not been tested much recently.  Not all heuristics 
can deal with SOS.  The one that gives the error should be able to but 
did not redo the SOS when it reduced the size of problem.  I will fix.

So with -heuristics off it solves.
