[Cbc] 64-bit parallel Windows version of cbc

I'm trying to build a 64-bit parallel version of cbc for Windows.  I've
built a 64-bit linear version and a 32-bit parallel version, but the linker
tells me I need a 64-bit version of the pthread libraries to build the
64-bit parallel version.  I haven't been able to find one, nor the pthread
source so I could try to build an x64 version myself. Are they out there
somewhere and I just haven't found any of them yet?
