[Cbc] Cbc - Another Segfault on specific mps

Hello John,

i tried you fix, and can confirm postprocessing=aggregate works now. :-)

However, current trunk version segfaults on another mps quite late,


The MPS is this:  (previously posted already, some time back, i think 
Haroldo put it on some server back then)
