[Cbc] CBC Crash with preprocess=aggregate on specific mps

Hello,

CBC crashes on the problem file available here:

Its caused by the preprocess=aggregate option. If not specified, it solves 
without error. Not specified probably defaults to SOS i guess.


This seems to be a preprocessor bug.
