[Cbc] Wrong results with callCbc()

Hi,

here some instances with wrong results (current stable/2.9, Debian 8.8
64-bit), called from C++ by callCbc("-solve -quit") after creating the
model by the API. When solving them from the cbc executable, no wrong
results appear. The instances:

cargo_07.mps.gz  UNSAT reported, while optimum seems 328
rcpsp_14.mps.gz  UNSAT reported, solutions with value 134 exist
fjsp_easy01          reports optimum 282, while true one seems 253
