[Cbc] Compiling multithreading CBC with Visual Studio 2015

AFAIK no, but I am currently working on the same problem (with VS 2013) and got it working (except if you call cbc from C++/Cli and there is some callback from cbc into managed code). I can write a short manual. @Forrest is such a manual of general interest? If so: how to contribute documentation?
