[Cbc] coin-or CBC static library

COIN-OR Team:
         Hi,
         I am a student from Nanjing University. I want to use the coin-or CBC library to solve some problem.
         But I have a problem in compiling my program with the CBC static library.
         I can success compiling my program with dynamic library. Can you tell me how to compile the program with the static library? (I get the static library by compiling the CBC-2.9.8 source code)
