[Cbc] I think we found a bug in cbc: How can we report it and get fixed quickly ?

thanks a lot for the quick reply. That is very much appreciated. 

Please find enclosed the mps, row and col file generated from AMPL. I also send the AMPL model. Our problem is that variable ym is negative even though it is declared as >= 0.
