[Cbc] Forcing output to be line buffered?

It would be great if it could be an option without us (OpenSolver) having
to modify anything. For ease and simplicity, we use the binaries from the
AMPL website for all the COIN solvers, and redistribute these with our
install files. The ideal case for us would be to have a flag to disable
buffering at run-time, e.g. like Python's -u flag, but a configure option
would be good too if a flag wasn't feasible.
