[Cbc] Gcc Version

Hi Yves,

I've been testing CBC with gcc 4.8.5, it appears to be stable in my 
instance set (cbc.decom.ufop.br).

Do your problems are numerically hard ? (i.e. large variations in the 
orders of magnitude of the coefficients in the constraint matrix)
