[Cbc] Cbc Digest, Vol 95, Issue 6

Alexis,

As I was working at Scicon when SOS were invented, I feel I must help.

I am fairly busy at present, but if the mipStart solution satisfies the 
SOS 2 constraints, then it would be interesting to get that working.

If you can give me data - I will look at it (slowly).
