[Cbc] Cbc returns infeasible, Gurobi works

Hi all,

I have a MIP for which cbc returns infeasible for no obvious reason (I am quite certain that there is a feasible solution). I used cbc 2.8.13.

I tried to solve it using Gurobi 6.0.2 and it returned a solution of value 1487126.75.

Can anyone help me with this?

I attached a file which should be in standard *.lp-file format.
