[Cbc] Cbc vs Glpk

Hi

 I have a few MILP modes that I need to solve. Cbc solves each model in
roughly 1 second while glpk does that in 0.2 second. I want to tune Cbc to
do as well as glpk.

 I have tried a bunch of methods: turning off cuts or restrict them to root
node, changing node strategy, dualBounds and specialOptions in LP solver
and so on. None of them work.

 Could you please help? I have attached the model.
