[Cbc] Unable to configure coin-Cbc / coin-Osi with Gurobi 6.02

It turns out a silly mistake on my end: I was setting --with-gurobi-lib to
the directory instead of the library file. Setting the related configure
arguments to
LDFLAGS="-L$GUROBI_HOME/lib/"
and
​--with-gurobi-lib="-lgurobi60"
worked.
