[Cbc] Compile-Fix CBC/CoinUtils

Hi,

could somebody with commit rights patch the line:

CoinLpIO.cpp:2364:72: error: too many arguments for format [-Werror=format-extra-args]
        sprintf(printBuffer,"### CoinLpIO::readLp(): bad SOS item", buff);

Just removing the buff or adding it to the output via a %s should do the trick.
