Thanks for this quick fix.
I tried in trunk base, Rev #2136 and as far as i can see, there is not any determinism problem.

Just another question.
I noticed the same problem with "cutlength 10000030" option. I mean that the following command:
bin/cbc t1.lp threads 104 ratio 0.05 cutlength 10000030 divesolves 301 multiple 1 branch printingOptions rows solution t1_0.sol
did not provide always the same result (Rev #2128).
I just tried with the new trunk revision and now, it also seems to be fully deterministic.

So, is the new revision supposed to also fix this problem?
