[Cbc] Making use of next node

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to get the next node to be expanded with
CBC before the prior node finishes. As well I was wondering if there is a
way to remove a node from a problem. I've tried using the tree structure
that nodes are stored in without any luck.
