[Cbc] CbcMain convergence criteria

Hi all,

I had some problems taking a longer time that I expected, and I noticed
that the upper/lower bound differential was very small (although the bounds
were large). Does CbcMain (and Cbc in general) test for relative bound
differentials or absolute bound differentials when testing for convergence?
