[Cbc] Segmentation fault

Hello,

A segmentation fault occurs when solving the following constraint file:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/2kmpnsjniz6pk6v/segFlt.lp?dl=0

The command is:
bin/cbc segFlt.lp threads 104 cutlength 40 multiple 4 branch printingOptions rows solution segFlt.sol

Without the multiple option, the optimal solution is found.

Tested in the trunk base:
