[Cbc] Another problem "long to be solved

Yves,

Don't really understand what is wrong as I am not an expert on the build 
process.

Add

ADD_CXXFLAGS=" -DCBC_THREAD"

to your configure - I will see why --enable-cbc-parallel does not enable 
that.  It seems to be setting CBC_THREAD in Cbc/src but not in Clp/src - 
I don't have that problem so my options must be subtly different.  Will fix.
