[Cbc] Need advices for properly using CBC

Found out how to get reasonable time on problem.  Trick is to give 
general integer variables high priority.  On my laptop with stable

  cbc dump-5-20121111.lp -cost 01last -thread 4 -timemode elapsed -solve

gave

Cbc0001I Search completed - best objective 3, took 76814 iterations and 
177 nodes (33.79 seconds)

For dump-5-20121209.lp it wasn't as good - 75 seconds - so not the 
solution you want.
