I see ClpConfig.h, but no other related Clp config files.

I think spinning up a VM will probably be easiest. For the moment, I'll
just use the apt-getable version. Ubuntu 14.04 has caused woes for other
projects I work on, so I would not be surprised if there is an issue here
(i.e., I'm desperately hoping it's not user error =) ).
