[Cbc] OsiCbc warning

Matthew,

Not sure what is the correct thing to do with those messages. Given a
OsiCbcSolverInterface model - from your point of view it would be
simpler to replace model.branchAndBound() by
model.getModelPtr()->branchAndBound() as that does exactly the same
without the messages.

On tickets, I am sure most people virtuously look at them, but I need
hitting over the head with a blunt instrument to get my attention.
