[Cbc] Regarding split cuts from user defined disjunction

Hello all,
                I need a small help in branch and cut. I want to obtain a
split cut from a disjunction of form ax<=b and ax>=b+1. Can you point me to
some example file in CBC which has this kind of stuff. Is there any
predefined cut in CGL library (like lift and project , reduce and split
etc) which has this feature.

Simply put, I need a function which has the input parameters as 'a' and 'b'
and output as some split cut.
