[Cbc] Slow down on Win multicore

Hi,

We use CLP in a (pretty large scale) column generation algorithm. We use
it on multiple platforms. We use the default config of CLP everywhere.
It works similarly (and well) on Linux, both on single and multicore
achitectures, and also on a single core Windows server.
However, experience a peculiar slow-down on multi-core Windows setup. In
addition, the (wall clock) running time fluctuates even solving the same
problem instance. This doesn't happen on other platforms.

Do you have any quick idea what the reason can be?
