[Cbc] How to build from bleeding-edge sources

Up until now I've been building Cbc from the most recent stable version, 
which I check out using subversion.

But now I want to get the benefit of John Forrest's latest nifty changes 
to trunk, and even after clicking around on the website for a while I was 
unable to figure out how one builds from the most recent sources.  What's 
the correct incantation?
