[Cbc] Further information on solution pool display in 2.8.3 release

Giulia,

I have added an example driver to Cbc/trunk.  It should work on latest 
release.

You can use standalone executable using maxSavedSolutions and 
nextBestSolution but the example will give you more control.

In case you don't want to download trunk, I attach code.
