[Cbc] Adding cuts automatically

Hi YC,
To the best of my knowledge, cuts are absolutely added by default. 
The reverse completely disabling cuts would probably be more of an issue.

  I don't think this is done automatically by default, and I also don't think this is done when you use the OSI interface.

  Is there any option in cbc to do that ?
