[Cbc] Increasing the granularity of CbcEventHandler

Alexis,

You should be able to get some information by checking if 
CbcEventHandler::node.  However there may be data you are unable to 
access.  What data do you need and when exactly?  We can probably do 
something to help you and other adventurous people.
