[Cbc] Configure Error - cbc /trunk

Thanks to Stefan for fixing this,

now next problem: 

Could it be, that in 

CbcSimplex.hpp

the

#include "AbcCommon.hpp"

should be inside the 

#ifdef CLP_HAS_ABC

#endif

block? Otherwise my program using that header doesn't compile here later for me.
