[Cbc] Options not playing well together: -threads versus -extraVariables

I have a faint recollection of getting something similar after March 20 
when I was doing more testing - so I think I may have fixed it since 
then.  It is fine when I try it with the latest trunk.

So try latest trunk and tell me if you have problems.
