[Cbc] Pass model and/or data to the executable via standard input

Yes, it will also be in the next release.
It's merged to the stable/2.8 branch, so you can get check it out via
   svn co https://projects.coin-or.org/svn/Cbc/stable/2.8 coin-Cbc
(or whatever the clicking-in-tortoise equivalent is...)

You will still have to build a Cbc executable that includes GLPK by 
yourself, as Ted pointed out.
