[Cbc] Problem in CbcCompareUser/invalid heap

Forrest,

Did some experiments, discovered a way to make it happens a little bit
faster: run in parallel with some threads but impose a limit so that it
tries to stop earlier - when trying to stop it segfauls:

cbc markshare_6_4.mps.gz dualS preprocess=off cuts=off heur=off passF=0
strong=0 trust=0 threads 6 maxn 100000 solve
