In CbcModel you should use:

setCutoff<http://www.coin-or.org/Doxygen/Cbc/classCbcModel.html#a015e952199f9f510bf71dc2bebecb99d>(double
value)

setMaximumSolutions<http://www.coin-or.org/Doxygen/Cbc/classCbcModel.html#a57294034329f01449f16c3ae2e3ea7c2>(int
value)
