[Cbc] how to pass a problem to CBC

There are plenty of examples showing how to use Cbc in the examples 
directory of Cbc. An introductory manual covering the basics is also 
available at http://wpweb2.tepper.cmu.edu/fmargot (look for proj5 
there). It is for Cbc-2.6.1 but should still work with the new version.
