Ranganath,

	I'm pleasantly surprised --- there was a fair bit of code motion within
the source tree.

	A two part question to the community:

  * Ranganath, would you be willing to zip up the modified v8 files and send
    them to me?

  * Is there someone else using VS2005 who would be willing to do a test drive
    to confirm that they work for general use?  (I no longer have a VS2005
    installation.) Given an independent confirmation, I can update the v8
    builds in the source tree.
