[Cbc] Meaning of number of nodes (getNodeCount())

Hi John,

Thanks for your explanation!

I assume the node count is not adjusted when the MIP is terminated 
early? I am guessing this is the case because the node count when the 
MIP was terminated (when I set CbcMaxNumNode to 200) was 200, or is this 
because the search have not yet reached one of these nodes where the 
subtree is explored in one go?
