[Cbc] Possible build problem in cbc 2.6

[Ted Ralphs]

It's hard to tell what the problem might be without a little more
information. I assume you are building Cbc stable 2.6. Can you say
what platform and compiler, what ThirdParty apps you downloaded, what
arguments you gave to configure, etc? That would help track it down.
