[Cbc] Resolving with additional constraints

Hi everyone,

I use Cbc through the OsiSolverInterface to solve a model several
times, each time adding one or more constraints. All of the previous
constraints remain intact, so any solution that was infeasible in a
previous solve will still be infeasible. My question is whether there
is some way to make Cbc use this information to speed up the solves?
Since I am not just changing bounds, I can't use the hotstart
functionality, right?
