[Cbc] Windows binary with --enable-parallel

I have tried compiling with MSYS and mingw and failed with and without
the --enable-parallel option

CbcOrClpParam.cpp: In function `int fillEnv()':
CbcOrClpParam.cpp:1016: error: function `char** __p__environ()' is 
initialized like a variable

Does anyone have a prebuilt binary??
If so can you send it to me?
I am currently using the 2.3 version (without --enable-parallel) from 
coinAll.

Also what is the fastest(execution speed) combination of compilers for 
windows?
