[Cbc] cpx vs cbc: different objective for milp

it might be a problem with the lp reader (or some ambiguity with conversion). 
if i convert the lp to mps (using cplex) and give it to cbc, it reports 7.1113e4. 

i also see different solution values from .lp and .mps using symphony
