[Cbc] Primal-Dual problem

Hi,
I'm a new comer in this project.
 I have a primal-dual optimal problem, and I wonder whether CBC project can
solve this problem or not ?
If it can, could you tell me what functions I have to use.
On the contrary, please tell me which project I should use to solve this
problem.
