[Cbc] CglCutGenerator

Hello,
 
I'm inheriting a class from CglCutGenerator and implementing the function generateCuts to add constraints to a problem on the fly. My question is, are constraints added in this manner applied only to the current node or to all the nodes in the tree? Also, exactly when is the generateCuts function called? Thanks.
